Bilski claims being thrown out and the same decision paving the path for Medical Methods being patentable : Biotech companies will now look to patent medical methods and the whole industry will be in an upheaval. Biotech startup companies are finding their stocks going up and I wonder if whole medical professioon would choke up with all these patents in the years to come.
