In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Elegant Baby and Baby Needs Inc., of Burlington, N.C., is voluntarily recalling about 200 Heart and Car Sterling Silver Teethers. The jackets have a drawstring through the hood which poses a strangulation hazard to children.
